Steven Alan Green

N.Y. born and Beverly Hills raised Steven Alan Green started out at the Comedy Store in Los Angeles back in it’s heyday in the 1980s as one of the house emcees and he’s written for Jay Leno, Arsenio Hall and Jimmie J.J. Walker among others. Moving to London, England in the 1990s he performed regularly there and also produced shows. He founded “High on Laughter”, a series of comedy shows for a drug and alcohol rehab charity which was launched by Princess Diana. Now living back in the good ol’ U.S.A. Steven is still performing and also writes online comedy reviews for The Jewish Journal. Al and I got to talk to SAG when he was visiting in San Francisco and he talked to us about many things including a story about Jerry Lewis you won’t believe! Here’s our talk with Steven Alan Green.
